  1. I came to Juliet's classes from my 22th week to my term, and I really enjoyed it. The group was very friendly and the exercises helped me relax during the pregnancy, and deal with the occasional back/muscle pain. The breathing techniques I learned during these sessions were very useful during my labour, and thanks to these antenatal classes I was able to cope with contractions ans delivery with calm. I highly recommend Juliet as a yoga instructor! Thanks again Juliet :)
